  • Website Hosting (Wix): Our website and client dashboard are hosted on the Wix platform. While we manage all service content, we rely on Wix for system stability, payment security, and baseline performance.

  • Data Collection (Google Workspace): We utilise secure Google Forms to collect property-specific performance metrics from clients post-purchase. This data is used exclusively for the generation of your specific report.

  • Intelligence Tools: Our analysts utilise industry-standard benchmarking tools (including AirDNA and local market aggregators) to cross-reference your property’s performance against the broader market.

3. Data Confidentiality & Sensitivity

Unlike traditional management services, we do not require your listing platform login credentials (e.g., Airbnb or Vrbo passwords) to perform a Market Analysis.

  • Requirement: To fulfill the audit, we require listing URLs and historical performance data (Revenue, Occupancy, ADR) provided by the user.

  • Confidentiality: We treat your property’s financial data as commercially sensitive. It is accessed only by the analysts assigned to your report and is never shared with third parties or other clients.

  • Risk Acknowledgment: The client remains responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to us. Our reports are generated based on the information submitted during the intake process.
